Neighborhood Assistance Program
You can redeem NAP tax credits with us
Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity is a participant in the Neighborhood Assistance Program, which allows people and businesses to get state tax credits when they give money to approved non-profit groups that serve people with low incomes. Through this program, you can receive up to 65 percent of your donation's value back in state tax credits. Tax credits for qualified donations are awarded no later than February (for donations between July and December) and August (for donations between January and June).
Consult with your tax advisor to determine if the Neighborhood Assistance program is right for you. Credits are limited, so contact us at (540) 891-4401 ext. 2021 or finance@fredhab.org to check credit availability.
